Create your very own masterpiece surrounded with tons of elevating energies, each brushstroke will make your happiness grow as your masterpiece unfolds in front of you, with absolutely no painting experience required as we provide all the guidance & inspiration you may need, complemented with a sound healing session & a healthy breakfast experience, your setting will be the light-filled garden, surrounded with trees & the sound of the birds singing.

We warmly invite you to bring to life your inner artist in a glimpse of one event only, creating your own masterpiece with like minded souls, painting the landscape of your soul and let it take you on a journey back to the You that you came into the world to be.

Schedule :

• 8:15am we meet at Atelier 3 – Ground Floor of Jumeirah Creekside Hotel.
• 8:30am refreshments & introductions
• 8:45am to 9:30am INTRODUCTION TO A CALM MIND. This 45 min session helps you deal with physical, mental & emotional tensions of your daily life through effective breath and meditation exercises. To release the stress in the body & energy blockages, the class starts with some stretching exercises. It moves on to working with the breath and a variety of styles of meditation to help calm and restore the body and mind and enhance our capacity to be healthy, aware and fully present.
• 9:40am to 10:30am Healthy Breakfast .
• 10:40am to 1pm Bring out your inner artist while paint & enjoy the present moment .
