Contact information you supply to Innate Artist will not be disclosed without your express consent, except where required by law. We do not retain any credit card information that you may provide.

Copy Right
Our demonstration and display paintings are for participants’ use solely on Innate Artist remises and must not be reproduced without Innate Artist’s prior consent.

Intellectual Property Rights
We hold all copyright and other intellectual property rights in the website and all
content on the website, unless the content is identified as being the property of
another party. This includes graphics, logos, images, text and website design.

Damage
Any damage caused by you or any of your guests, you are financially and or morally responsible for. Any injury incurred due to your own carelessness or neglect; you agree that Innate Artist will not be held responsible. 

Any allergic or medical reaction due to products or paints you agree it is not the responsibility of Innate Artist and its associates. If you have known allergies, we request that you make us aware so that if any precautions need to be taken, we will inform you. 

If you do not have this in writing with signed documentation from yourself, we will assume you do not have any allergies and will continue as planned.

Private/ Corporate events 

In the event that an art class/ private painting session or corporate event is held in any other venue than the venues Innate Artist has a contract with, Innate Artist is not liable for any loss or damage to the venue’s items. The venue is responsible for the protection of floors, tables and chairs (and any other items) in such a way the venue deems necessary.

Waiver
I release and waive any and all claims or action that may arise against Innate Artist, its affiliates, successors or assigns as well as the owner and employees/contractors as a result of anything which occurs before, during or after my session including to but not limited to injury, loss, theft or damage to any person or property. By registering for this event, I agree to these terms and conditions.
