Acceptance
Having made a booking you are deemed to have accepted our Terms and Conditions set out below.

Online payments and pricing

Payment of the event fee is via online credit card payment required to book in advance to secure your place. 

All pricing is in AED (Arab Emirates Dirham) and includes VAT. 

Innate Artist website, the information, and the prices are each subject to change, Pricing may be changed at our discretion and without notice. 

Innate Artist reserves the right to change, suspend, or discontinue the sale of any services with or without notice at any time.

Cancellation of Booking

You can cancel your booking up to 48 hours in advance of the commencement of the event.

For private events you can cancel your booking up to 7 days in advance.

You can use your credit to make another booking/ transfer your booking. 

Rebooking requests must be done by emailing: info@innate-artist.com

You can transfer your booking up to one time. In any case if you reschedule your class more than one time, an administration fee of 100AED will be charged every time you change your booking. 

Any cancelation later than the mentioned time frame above, we kindly inform that they will be :
– No refunds transfers or credits once the event has commenced.
– Fees are non-refundable.
– There are no transfers, refunds or make up sessions if you miss an event or if your personal circumstances change.

Art Materials
In all of our Events Innate Artist provides all art materials. 

Marketing
From time to time we take photos or videos during class of participants and artworks. These photos are used for Innate Artist’s promotional purposes such as press advertising, brochures, social media, editorials and website. These photos will never be sold and will be used exclusively by and for Innate Artist. As a Condition of booking, your consent is implied. Should you not wish for us to take and use photos of you, your child or your artwork please notify us in writing or in person.

Participant conduct
Innate Artist is a shared space and we expect participants to respect fellow artists, artwork and property. Discrimination on the grounds of a person’s age, race sex, gender, sexuality, marital status, physical or intellectual disability, or religion will not be tolerated. Any inappropriate or disruptive behavior may result in removal from the class. In this instance refund of any course fees will be forfeited.
