Mindfulness Painting
What can be better that being fully in the present moment?
Since the act of painting itself is an enjoyable form of meditation & how you start your day tends to set the tone for the rest of the day. 
We warmly invite you to bring to life your innate artist, creating your own masterpiece with like minded people complemented with 45 min of body balance* session, healthy breakfast & a pool access, your setting will by the garden , surrounded with trees & the sound of the birds singing.
Paint the landscape of your soul and let it take you on a journey back to the You that you came into the world to be.
 No painting experience required, as we provide all the guidance & inspiration you may need,so either you're a master 
or a beginner an exceptional time is waiting for you following the schedule below:

-8:30am to 9:15am Body Balance ( The mats will be provided)
-9:20am to 10am Healthy Breakfast Buffet
-10am to 12pm Painting Session
-12pm onward enjoy the pool with two complimentary drinks.

*  BODY BALANCE is a unique workout which incorporates Yoga, Tai Chi and Pilates to help improve flexibility, build strength and leave you feeling relaxed & calm. It will help you learn how to control your breathing & focus your mind to start you painting experience.
